myFamilySpace sends optional text reminders and invites (you opt in inside the app). You can manage these any time:

Reply STOP to any message to opt out — you’ll get a confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email us at support@myfamilyspace.app. Message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply. See our Messaging Policy for full details.
