Delete your account & data
You’re always in control of your data. Here’s how to delete your myFamilySpace account and everything associated with it.
From the app
Open myFamilySpace, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, and confirm. Your account and personal data are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
By email
If you can’t access the app, email support@myfamilyspace.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Parents & guardians: you can request review or deletion of a child’s data in your family at any time by emailing support@myfamilyspace.app. See our Privacy Policy for details on children’s data.
What gets deleted
Your profile, the content you created, your messages, and any location or SMS preferences. Some records may be retained where required by law. Opting out of SMS alone does not delete your account — see Messaging Policy.
